To Accountant General In reply - States that in consequence of the bad approach to the Balasore River and the prevalence of the strong Easterly Winds it is not desirable to made remittances of Treasure & from Balasore by Sea, requests whether the amendment required can be raised by Bills on the General Treasury or on Midnapore or being otherwise provided from the Revenue of the Province.
