From Accountant General - States that Sum of Rs. 1,35,008.0.11 has been debited to Bengal on the Books of Prince of Wales Island on account of Marine Stores etc 1830. Requests that a corresponding credit be afforded on the Naval Store Keepers Books for the present year and that the Marine Board be authorized toplace themselves in communication with the Authorities at the Eastern Settlements with the view of regulating the future issues of Marine Stores. Requests early orders on the subject of the Statement of fixed & Contingent Marine charge for the Residency of Malacca from August to December 1830.
