Board - Submit in original - letters from the Acting Accountant in the Marine Department & the Import Ware House Keeper containing suggestions as to the best mode of adjusting in future the accounts of Marine Stores issued & received at this Presidency and regarding the future delivery of Stores to subordinate Officers of the Marine Department with the Boards recommendation that the official appellation of Naval Store Keeper be given to Mr. Trother & that a Commissioner of 5 Per cent be allowed to him on the purchase of Article of Provision & Stors required for the use of the Marine Department - Propose to address Government hereafter about the transfer of the Estblishment and recorded of the Naval Store Keeper to the Import Ware House Keeper .
