From Resident Singapore - Reports Mr. Bond having accepted the Pension of his Rank has granted him a Certificate and paid him 2000 Rupees for Passage Money but is remaining at Malacca until an opportunity offers for his proceeding to England, encloses copy of a Certificate which he has forwarded to Mr. James Stuart in England in consequence of orders of 14th December last.
