To Acting Secretary and Magistrates of the Stations under whom the Students are placed - With directions to notify to the Students that orders have been received from the Court of Directors for limiting the period allowed for acquiring the knowledge of the Native Languages agreeably to the Scale noted within, or will incur the Penalty ordered by the Honble Court.
