From Marine Board - Bring to notice the incapacity of Mr. Van Voorst Chief Mate of the Irrawaddy. Submit his case to the indulgent consideration of Government and propose as a temporary arrangement that the be allowed 100 Rs. a month and be placed under teh care of the Marine Surgeon and if he should be sent to England to be allowed a passage and recommended to the favorable consideration of the Court.
