States that His Lordship accedes to the recommendation of the Resident Singapore and authorizes the donation of 210 Rupees per Mensem to the Free School and the alteration of the Land Revenue Establishments as proposed by Mr. Fullerton also sanctions the substitution of Row Boats for the 3 Cutters now entertained to check Piracy and stating the desire of the Governor General that all references from the Eastern Settlements may be disposed of at the Presidency unless on question of State Policy.
