To Resident Singapore - In reply to the 3 foregoing approves the list of establishments proposed also the continuance of 100 Dollars per Mensem to the Free School. The Land Revenue establishments of the 3 Settlements to be divided as suggested , and the Lists corrected accordingly will receive a separate disaptch respecting the substitution of Row Boats for Cutters allowance for Boarding School to be discontinued. Sanctions the allowance for rent of Court & Offices at Singapore etc. Approves the suggestions regarding Local, Military and Ordnance Departments. The Pensions to Individuals to be continued. Lists of them tobe forwarded to this Presidency.
