Memorial of Lady C. Hayes Widow of the late Commodore Sir John Hayes Kt. Master Attendant at Calcutta - Submits for the consideration of Government a Summary of the late Commodores Services and the inadequate compensation made to him compared to other Officers in the Service. Hopes that the Vice President in Council will recognize the property and Justice of granting her such a provision for her future years as to enable her to support that Station in life to which she has been accustomed and to Educate and establish in life her only Son.
