Minute by the Honble Mr. Blunt - Considers the Courts Orders to be conclusive and the measure of the abolition of the College to be no longer dependant on the success or failure of any improved plan of Superintendence - that the longer continuance of the College will only entail an unneccessary expense, and adverting to the Governor General Minute, that the Plan suggested by Sir C. T. Metcalfe in his Minute of 28th December 1828 is generally well calculated for the accomplishment of the object in view.
