Resolution - Authorizing the charge tothe respective Departments of Government the daily expense of Pilot Vessels when employed otherwise then in the duties of the Pilot Service, as also the original cost of the Bark Brougham to the Political Department & the proceeds realized by the late Sale of that Vessel to be credited thereto - And rescinding the Resolution of 24th May 1831- the former practice of the Marine Department by which all expenses connected with Shipping ( Not including # freight of Stores ) to be contined.
