Resolution Copies of the forgoing letters sent to the Persian Department for Consideration whether it would be adviseable to ivite Mr. Marshman to prepare a Persian Version of his News Paper with the view of its being circulated in such of the Provinces where such a publication is likely to be acceptable and useful to Native readers.
