To Board - In reply - For reasons stated Government pleased to suspend the execution of the recent orders of the Honble Court regarding the allowances drawn by the Master Attendant and Naval Store Keeper on account of the Anchor business until the result of a further reference to them on the subject. Commodore Hayes application to be placed on the consolidated allowance allotted to his successor, exclusive of his allowances as an Officer in the B. Mac will be brought to the favorable notice of the Court of Directors.
