From Marine Board - Submit copy of a letter from the Officiating Master Attendant soliciting to be allowed to draw the full amount of the Salary ( 30,000 Rs) fixed by the Court of Directors and declining to carry on the wreck and Anchor concern on his own account on the latter point suggest either to farm the privilege for a year under cetain Regulations ( if Government have the power ) or to purchase the two Anchor Boats from Lady Hayes and carry on the Work at the expense of Government on a reduced Scale of 127 Rupees per Mensem.
