From Board - Report the death of Commodore Sir John Hayes and suggest that Captain Collie be appointed Master Attendant pending the arrival of the successor of Sir John Hayes, and that he be allowed to draw the full allowances of the Office Vizt 1800 Rs per Mensem and that Captain Harington and Captain Clapperton be nominated Deputy & First Assistant on the full allowances of those Offices, see no necessity for filling up the Situation of 2nd Assistant.
