To Secretary - In reply to dispatch of the 14th. July last on the subject of employing certain Vessels for the service of the Penang Government - States that the Cruizer Hostings will be allotted for that Service after the Troops now at Rangoon shall have been conveyed to the Coast of Tanasserim - A communication will be addresed to Sir A. Campbell in order to as certain whether the Service of the Schooner and for Gun Boats required can be transferred fro the service of the Eastward after the removal of the Troops from Rangoon.
