Herman a Pensioner in the Marine Department has been permitted to proceed to England & to draw his Pension of Same of Rs. 46.10.8 granted to him by Government there, & Stating that Mr. W. has been alloued to draw his Pension in advance up to December 1825 also conveying the request of Government that he may be permitted to draw his pension in England from the 1st January next.
