To Board - In reply states that Goverment cannot assign fixed allowances to the extent suggested to Assistants to Commereiral Residents at the statuns mentioned cut Assistants will be appointed with salaries of Rs 364.8.103/4 per month as limited by the Board of Dirctors to been creased to 800 Rs when the amount of surplus Commisseser shall admit for reasons stated no deduction shall in future be made from the commission of Commercial Residents on account of their assistants.
