To Secretary Military Board - With Copy of a letter from the Secretary College Council & its Enclosure together withs a copy of the reply and to duect the Superintendent of Public Buildings to prepare a plan & Estimate of an edifiace for the accommodation of the College to be erected by Radamadah Banerjee who has offeced to consteuct it on the tems & conditions specified in his letter.
