Minute Governor General - On the expediency of of adopting an arrangement for collecting and preserving either in the Surveyor General or Dr. Master Generals Office for the use of Government certain documents connected with the Geography of the Country which at present be scallered in the different Public Offices propose that Captain Franklin be instructed to examine arrange and collate the documents in question what he be authorized to entertain an Establishment for the purpose.
