Lt. Governor in reply to Letters reports that measures have been adopted for with drawing the establishment at Pu;o Neas with out delay submits obdervations explanatory of the grounds on which the arrangements for that Island had been established by him adverts to the necessity of still retaining a Political authority over Pulo Neas as weel as over all the Island on the West Coast of sumatra.
