To - Forwarding with reference to His Lordships letter dated the 30th March 1841 a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Ceylon and requesting him to cause the necessary orders to be given for the reception of Mr. Flanderka at Bishops College on his arrival at Calcutta from Ceylon.
