Letter from the Governor in Council of Fort St George , reporting the imposibility of surveying ships taken up at Madras as accurately as in Bengal saying why they engaged the ship Prize requesting that she may be returned to Fort St George with a cargo of Fort St George with a cargo of rice from Bengal ,and stating that in future they will consititues their Board of Trade in to a Constitue their Board of Trade in to a Marine Board for the purpose of engaging ships.
