To Deputy Post Master in charge of the General Post Office - Sanctioning the above by which the standard monthly sum to be paid to the Contractor for the Mails will be 845 Rs. and for the Banghies 94 Rs instead of 875 Rs. for the former and 100 Rs. for the letter as sanctionied on the 13th July last.
