S. to - Distinct allowances should be fixed for the several descriptions of Persons who may be reiced into the Hospital for Insanes, and also proper Requlations should be established for that Institertion - to take the subject into early consideration & in concert with the Surgeon at present in charge of the Hospital to prepare & submit general Requlations for the Institution.
