Mr. I. V. Angew states that in proceeding to Madras on the Porcher, he was captured by a french pirator & arrived to the Isle of France, Which & the extraordinary expence incurred by him induces him to hope that his College allowances will be continued until his arrival at Fort St. Geogrg.
