Resolution in complance with the orders of the Honble Court of Directors that Messrs John & Robert Campbell be required at persons resiving in India without leaves to proceed to England by one of the His Company Ship Exported to sail on a about the 20th Novermber next- also to give substantial Security for complying with the above requisitions - Copies of Paras 113, 120, 117 & 118 of the letter from the Honble Court of dated the 22nd February last & of the above resolution & orders be sent to the Judicial Department in order that the necessary measures may be taken for carrying the resolutions into effect.
