Secretary - Reports the return to Bengal on the ship Mary of 35 Natives who were discraged by order of the magistrates from the service of a Mr. Browne in consequence of their being cruelly treated - also of 5 other Natives by the same conveyance - Will reprot on the circumstances of their case more of fully hereafter.
