From Board - In reply to letter of the 16th Ultimo desinging the master Attendant to furnish the Board of Customs salt & opinion, with the inform ation required by them, submit copy of another letter form that officer on the subject, from which it appears that he never officially furnished Mr. Bayly and information as reproters of Commerce.
