Resolution - The explanation furnished by Mr. Thomes Waterman, late acting Chief officer of the Cape packet, have removed the unpvorable impressions which had been entertained in consequence of the Misrepresentation of Serjeant Turner, on the occasion of searching that Ship for French presoners in the year 1808.
