Draft of a letter to the governor in Council of Fort St. George, approving of their suggestion of loading and despatching some ships direct to Europe authorising them to detain four of the ships expected from Europe for the purpose, and enclosing an estimate of the fright and tonnage of the four ships including that of the Fort William which will be sent.
