Copy of a letter from Mr. J.B. Smith Magistrate of the 24 Parganas reporting the despatch of 50 convicts on the Endeavour transmitting alist of them and requesting that the ship which is to carry convicts may be directed to anchor down the Fort , and that previous intimation of the same may be given to him.
