Scott of the Hawke, intimating that he was obliged by the enemy to run his ship into the Subtermookhy river, desiring them to direct their Warehouse-keeper to co-operate with Mr. John Lloyd in unloading that ship, requesting them to despatch 5,000 bags of saltpetre to Fort St. George, acquainting them with the Board's resolution to despatch certain ships laden with rice to Bombay, and giving orders respecting the despatch of saltpetre by the same ships
