Extract from the resolutions of the Board in the Judical department dated the 7th April,. directing that the lists of convicts embarked for VEncoolen may be sent to the Public department and that the Master Attendant may be instructed to infrom the Magistrate of the 24 Parganas when the convicts are ordered to be transported.
