Letter from :Mr.Alexander Maculay citing certain pargraphs form teh General Letters form teh Court of Directors dated the 25th and 29th Jaunuray,1782 and certain regulations sent by the Deputy Paymaster-General of the King troops in England kt his deputy in India in support of his suggestions referred to in the above letter.
