Letter from the President and Council of Bombay, transmitting a Copy of an account of the sums drawn on the Board since the 30th April, reporting that they have directed the Chief and Council at Surat to draw bills on the Board for 4 lakhs of rupees, and enclosing with their remarks a copy of a plan from Mr. Farmer for forming an establishment on the North-West Coast of America.
