Copy of a letter from Mr.John Fleming , late senior Surgeon of the Bengal Detachment to the President and Council of Bombay , requestin that the amount of the Treasury debts, due to him by the Company for superintending the hospital and providing the necessaries for the sick and wunded during the late war in the South , may be transfered to the presidency of Bengal .
