Instructions issued at CRB's orders that (i) Casual labourers employed on projects should, as a rule, be appointed against Class IV posts that may be required for operation and maintenance of new assets created viz. new lines, conversions, doubling, major yard remodelling, etc. i.e. the posts should be filled exclusively from casual labourer.
