Extract from a letter, dated the 28th October, 1789, from the Resident at Poona to the Governor in Council of Bombay, submitting a copy of the notification regarding the establishment of the dak between Masulipatam and Bombay, intimating that the question of expense of the new dak has been referred to the Board, and suggesting an additional clause in the notification.
