Letter from Mr. C.W. Malet , Resident at Poona, to Mr. E. Hay, Secretary, submitting with his remarks a notification of the arrangement of the new dak, explaining that his assistant and Capt. Kennaway would not accept any allowances for working the new dak, and requesting orders on the payment of the expenses of the new dak.
