Orders on the proposal of the Govt. of the North Provinces that under Section 33 of the New Stamp Act a Notification similar to that published in October 1860, may be issued, prescribing lower rates of Stamp duty to be used in the Non-Regulation Districts in respect of petitions of plaint and appeals in Civil or Revenue Courts.
