Proposed amendment of section 4 of the Steel Industry (Protection) Act, 1924, so as to empower the Governor General in Council to pay be way of bounties upon wagons a sum not exceeding Rs. 21 lakhs during the three years, commencing 1st April 1924, 1925 and 1926 instead of a sum not excuding Rs. 7 lakhs in each of these Financial years.
