Secretary - Submits copy of a letter & of its encloses from the Commissioner of Patna in which is described the gallant defence made by the officers of the station of arrah to their gentleman aided by a detachment of the seikh Police Battalion against the men of the three mutinsus Regiments from Dinapore & a large number of insargents under the rebel Koor Sing of Ingsispore.
