C.C.B. and All Branches of the Department will Furnish forms showing the Under of most Immidiate and Immidiate Telegrams , Originated by E.A. Department to A.D. Branch on the Statement and Submit before Eighth of Each Month the Same to D.P.G. T for the Submission on Consulated Monthly Report to the Viceroy by that Department.
