(4) Enquiry made by the chinese Government and the Chinese Embassay in India regarding devloution of treaty and obligations existing between British, India and Tibet before the transfer of power and whether and such rights and obligations have been assumed by the Pakistan Government. (5) Decison to suggest omission of article 30 relating to Tibet in the proposed treaty of friendship, commerce and navigation with China.
