Procedure in regard to the obtaining of clearence and facilitiesfor visits to India of combatant Aircraft of Air Forces of commonwealth and foreign Govt. and to secure Reciprocal facilities for similar Indian Air Force Aircraft on similar visits to commonwealth countries.
