Orders regarding the more careful preparation of Forest Estimates, with a view to lessen the tendency to over-estimate the expenditure and to under-estimate the revenue. Local Governments and Administrations empowered to sanction grants for expenditure in the Forest Department, in addition to the Budget provision, whenever it is anticipated that such grants are necessary to earn additional revenue of a more than equivalent amount.
