Report by the Accountant General, Punjab, to the Local Government that proportionate outlay from Imperial Revenues up to November 1895 has exceeded the sanctioned Budget grants for 1895-96. Decision that for purposes of accounts the ratio of 3 British = 4 Kabuli rupees should be adopted in the accounts of the Kurram Treasury with effect from 1st October 1856.
