Discussions regarding the legality of the grant of interest free loans to the officials mentioned in Section 85(1), 104(1) and 118(1) of the Government of India Act, in whose case it is provided that the remuneration, as fixed either by statute or by the Secretary of State, is to be the whole profit or advantage enjoyed from office during continuance therein.
