Rejection of the proposal of the Government of Burma to utilise for additional expenditure in 1909-10 so much of the closing balance for that year as may be in excess of Rs. 5,33,000 estimated in the Budget, and decision that it is undesirable to publish the correspondence relating to the Provincial Statement.
